Employment Benefits

• All members of staff are entitled to a discount of 25% off the total food bill at Rathsallagh House and Golf Club. ( discount applies to staff member & 1 guest )
• Any good's purchased through Rathsallagh House or Rathsallagh Golf Club reception are also subject to a 25% discount.
• Through arrangement with the Chief Executive stays in the hotel for employees or their families can be arranged, the rate for which is dependant on availability.
• After 1 year continuous service, and then each subsequent year, full time staff are entitled to a free stay for you and your partner including food and wine, subject to availability.
• Long service awards for full time staff ; €500 after 5 years, €750 after 10 years, €1,000 after 15 years.
• Twenty-Nine days holidays (including Bank Holidays ) per year plus an additional day for your birthday, not necessarily on the actual day of your birthday. (this is taken as an extra days unpaid holidays)
• Any member of staff who introduces a new full-time employee will receive a €125 bonus after the new employee has complied three months continuous service.
• A staff party held annually.
• There are staff privileges (full time only) for the facilities at Rathsallagh, e.g. Golf, Tennis, Snooker Room etc, and English lessons where required.
• Rathsallagh accommodates live in staff, a maximum of 2 person per room, staff are also provided with washing machines, dryers, ironing boards, and cooking facilities.
• Rathsallagh provides staff / common room with free Internet Access etc..
