The last hole at Rathsallagh is one of the best finishing holes ever. You stand on the tee looking up towards the Club house and have over 440 yards between you and the green to negotiate.

The ideal drive is long and to the centre of this narrow fairway. Beware of the bunkers on the right which are cleverly positioned to catch you out and of the large tree as the fairway slopes slightly left to right.

Walking past them the view changes somewhat as you are presented with the up hill challenge with a long Iron to the very well guarded green. Banked at the back and protected by a large bunker on the right and two smaller ones on the left the elevated green is difficult to hit in two for most golfers.

If you manage a 4 here you have played well. Once on the green you can finish your round, shake hands with your partner, and marvel at the experience you have just had over 18 of the very best Parkland Golf Holes in Ireland. A credit to Mc Evoy and Thompson, the green staff and nature. Rathsallagh is without doubt a true test of Golf.

Our Clubhouse overlooks the 9th, 10th and 18th holes and is the perfect location to watch your partners finish their round from. Excellent food and beverages await you in this fine facility upon your return.
